Original issue with redish/orange label featuring catalog number SC 9900. Cover appears to have used the USA issue (although it notes "printed in Canada" on spine) with USA SD 9900 catalog on spine and the pink & white hype sticker that was affixed to the shrink wrap on USA copies printed on the back cover - again with the USA SD 9900 catalog number on it, exactly as found on the USA hype sticker.
