This is the version released in the US, although Metal Blade's website calls this a "limited edition European import" due to it being pressed at Schallplattenfabrik Pallas GmbH.

Comes with a double sided, 11" x 11" insert with song explanations, lyrics and credits. Also includes a download card.

Comes with a Metal Blade records company printed, poly lined inner dust sleeve.
